Rights, Licensing, and Production Disclosure
Encoded Radiance Studio reserves all applicable rights in its original website text, visual designs, graphics, branding elements, layouts, compilations, selection and arrangement of content, studio identifiers, documentation, and other protectable materials.
No permission to reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, license, sublicense, sell, or commercially use studio materials is granted merely because those materials are publicly accessible. Any permitted use must arise under applicable law or through specific written authorization from the applicable rights holder.
A written license, when issued, should identify the licensed material, permitted purpose, attribution requirements, approved media, territory, duration, modification authority, distribution rights, compensation terms, and any applicable restrictions. The terms of the specific written authorization govern the approved use.
QuantAudio Studio Production Notice
AI-Assisted Music Production
Music, songs, vocal productions, instrumental works, and related release materials presented or referenced through Encoded Radiance Studio may be produced and released under QuantAudio Studio. Certain productions may incorporate Suno or other AI-assisted production technologies as part of the composition, arrangement, sound-development, or production workflow.
Any contractual permission to use or commercially release platform-generated material depends on the subscription level, license terms, and contractual conditions applicable when the material was created. Contractual usage rights and copyright protection are separate legal considerations.
Copyright protection is asserted only to the extent supported by applicable law and sufficient human authorship. Protectable contributions may include original lyrics, written narratives, musical decisions, creative editing, selection, arrangement, sequencing, compilation, artwork, audiovisual production, branding, documentation, and final release materials.
No claim is made to exclusive copyright in material that is entirely generated without sufficient human authorship, except to the extent that rights may otherwise exist under applicable law, contract, compilation principles, or protectable human-created contributions.
Production Records
Track-level records should identify the creation date, production platform, applicable subscription level, human-authored contributions, editorial changes, release brand, publication date, and supporting ownership documentation.
Authorized Use
Studio content may not be copied, redistributed, modified, licensed, sublicensed, publicly displayed, or commercially used except as permitted by applicable law or by written authorization from the applicable rights holder.
QuantAudio Studio
Music and instrumental productions may be presented and released under QuantAudio Studio, subject to applicable contractual permissions, documented production records, and protectable human-authored contributions.
Release documentation:
Track-specific credits, contractual permissions, production records,
attribution requirements, and licensing terms should be reviewed and confirmed
before each public or commercial release.
